I was thinking about something of an "in person" nature. My employer has agreed to let us use one of our conference rooms if desired (unless someone else has a better location).
For the first meeting - if we can have a general discussion and sort of get a feel for the needs. What sort of audience we have and what people are interested in discussing or presenting.
I don't see why we can't set up a conference call for anyone that can't be there in person.
